Grenada

Famous for spices like nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cinnamon giving it the name “Spice Island”, Grenada is a lovely mountainous island that lies just northeast of Trinidad and Tobago.  It is a group of three large islands that include Carriacou, Grenada and Martinique and several tiny islands in the Caribbean and the West Indies.  The capital, St. George's is said to be the loveliest city in the Caribbean.

Aside from Grenada’s breathtaking mountains, the country also offers beautiful sugar-fine beaches and vast coral reefs. Grand Anse Beach, a smooth expanse stretching for two miles around the curve of a gentle bay, is world famous. Furthermore, the interior of the island consists of lush rainforests, and cascading rivers and waterfalls.
