1. Who can become a member?
   

   Only private individuals can sign up as members.   Minors may be registered as members, but they must be accompanied by an adult (at least 22 years of age) when checking into the resort/hotel.  Companies cannot become members.

2. How do I become a member?
   

   If you were referred to our website by one of our existing members or representatives, you may ask them for details.  Otherwise, you may contact us directly at inquiry@qrhtravelclub.com.  All you have to do is provide us your contact information and make arrangements for the one-time membership fee.  We will then activate your account and include you in our database, thus giving you access to our travel alliance registry of resorts and our exceptional customer service support for your travel plans and reservations.

3. How soon can I become a member and access your registry?
   

   To be safe, we ask for a 14 day window from the time you sign up, since most of our applicants are based abroad and we will have to provide some allowance for the international clearing of payments.  But strictly speaking, as soon as your payment for the membership fee has been cleared, we can activate your account in as little as 3 days.

4. Can I have my family and friends enjoy my membership with me?
   

   Definitely, we only ask that at least you or your spouse/designated partner is present upon check-in.  Of course, the accommodation you choose must also be appropriate for the number of persons in your party.  But if you want to gift your family and friends with their own vacations, we have a special section in our website called “Live Bookings” where you can purchase guest certificates.

5. What makes QRH different from other hotel/resort reservation websites?
   

   QRH has some of the best deals available on the web.  Unfortunately, only our members can access these.  You can check the “price comparisons” link in our website for some examples.  But, for your appreciation, the reason why we can give you better deals than the others is because our global travel alliance has a membership base of hundreds of thousands of persons from all over the world, accumulated over 20+ years of existence.  We are thus able to use this as leverage in negotiating with resorts & hotels for their lowest prices, as we bulk-buy their weeks.

   More than the deals we offer though, we are also very proud of our global travel alliance’s customer service capability.  Our members will attest to the professionalism and care in which we handle their concerns. Our travel alliance has thousands of satisfied members’ feedback that will attest to the success of this program. We have been known to extend ourselves to assist in our clients in whichever way we can.  In short, we offer you the speed of internet reservations with the personalized touch of a professional and highly experienced travel agent.

6. How is a QRH membership different from a timeshare ownership?
   

   QRH is not a timeshare in any manner or form. It is not an investment. It is a one-time fee based entry to a database that will contain all the members who are in good standing who, in turn, can access and avail of the list of hotels, cruises, and other travel related benefits only our bona fide members are entitled to avail of.  We only have a one-time membership fee, which is substantially lower than any timeshare price offering.  Plus, we have no additional yearly maintenance fees and exchange fees.  And importantly, we do not restrict your access to certain resorts/hotels or block out specific dates.  You have equal rights over our inventory of 4,000++ resorts as everyone else.  We simply make available affordable top class vacation sites on a first-come / first-served, book & buy basis.

7. If I already have a timeshare, are there any additional benefits from a membership with your vacation club?
   

   Yes!  First of all, we have more resorts in our inventory than the major exchange companies which most timeshare resorts tie up with. Second, if you are like most timeshare owners who bought your timeshare in the hope of being able to travel all over the world at good rates, but somehow got disappointed along the way with fees and exchange complications/limitations, this travel alliance offering through QRH may just be what you are looking for.  Moreover, as a member of our travel alliance, you will be able to directly rent out your timeshare weeks to other members and thus, in so doing, be able to recover part of your timeshare annual costs. Just contact us if you wish to rent out your timeshare and we will publish this to our members who will contact you directly or through us. 

8. What if I am not that computer-savvy but still want to be part of your vacation club, is there any other way for me to access your services other than your website?
   

   We have designed the website to make it as user-friendly as possible.  But if you still experience difficulties, you may always send us an email or give us a call, and we will be more than happy to assist you.  For your information though, in each of our representative offices in the Asia-Pacific, we have plans to enlist tutors for members who might not be as computer or internet savvy yet.  Also, we will have translation services that will be made available for other countries in the region such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa and Thai where there are now on-going plans of establishing representative offices and/or affiliates to the global travel alliance.
